We can still salvage the season and make a run

#1 - We need Bradham, Jernigan & Darby back ASAP.
#2 - Defensive playcalling has to improve. Schwartz is overmatched most weeks and he doesn't have a good feel for playcalling now.
#3 - Offensive playcalling has to improve. Granted, I know we are missing Desean but our screen game is not good, not running enough draws, and not getting Miles Sanders & Goedert deep down the field nearly enough.
#4 - Wentz has to emerge as the leader of the team & stop deferring to Peters & Jenkins. Wentz has to assume full leadership.

A run at what? All of their losses are to NFC teams, wildcard birth is dunzo. Their only shot is winning this division, and they way they are playing, i cant gurantee they would beat NY.

As far as the team, the injuries are just highlighting the flaws :
- struck out on every deep threat they've tried other than Torrey & DeSean
- every fringe veteran FA other than Sendejo is already cut or traded
- no youth at LB behind Bradham
- no youth on the interior behind Cox

That doesn't even include the fact that there's no youth at safety behind Malcolm & Rodney, or that they still have no idea what their corner room is other than the fact that Rasul is a decent CB2 (at best) and Sidney looks like a lost cause. Mills & Darby are both set to be free agents and I'm not sure you can bring either back unless the price is super convenient, even with the question marks at the position.

They can still get healthy and make a run but this upcoming draft is gonna be pivotal (1st, 2nd, two 3s, two 4s, three 5s). They need an injection of competent youth in the worst way.

Honestly, everything has crumbled and what could go wrong, has gone wrong.The injuries, team not in sync and now at odds with one another. shyt is painful; and hard to watcg

we gotta start cleaning house and not let complacency stay. Groh and Schwartz gotta leave, i know ill be hard for the front office to let em go cause they were apart of the SB run but its time man. Some players gonna have to as well, if we gotta start from the ground up. fukk it so be it

like @Stop_It_5 said above me, this draft is gonna be so privital but even at that, this is Howie's one area when hes really bad. Even the Joe Douglas picks are not panning out as of right now. So its hard not to be feel like were in a hole, like many games this season

My thing is this if you know your secondary Nia bad like why not invest in a running back ?

I know I've beat this shyt to death but we need to simplify the game as if Wentz is a first year quarterback and have him just manage the game . This gives you what our our strength and weakness's from a coach prespective. That way you can go in the draft and hopefully address those needs . Peterson needs to simplify the game plan ...as if foles was under center ....plain and simple. At this point I don't care how Wentz feels . nikka you not even liked in your own locker room . I don't care how Wentz feels ...nobody else should either.

Defense we need.... Jesus . I would say you need all new CBs that don't mind putting a helmet on nikkas , as well as a free safety with the same mentality . I really do think our run defense is legit ...but not with a fukked secondary . You lose confidence when you your secondary is ass cheeks.
