My only concern with this team is Mike Groh

I ain't forget about you hoe :birdman:
I was hard on Mike Groh last season but, in retrospect, I think we may have been too harsh. He was a rookie OC who was suddenly thrown in the position thanks to the Josh McDaniels fukkery with the Colts. Had McDaniels gone to Indianapolis, Reich would have remained in Philadelphia in 2018.

On top of that, Groh never had the ability to properly evaluate the offense. Wentz and Jeffery spent the entire offseason rehabbing. And then came all of the injuries in the regular season. The coaching staff made a lot of mistakes in 2018, but it was damn near impossible to maintain any kind of consistency to begin with. And the offense did pick up later on when they started utilizing more 12-personnel and getting Goedert on the field more. Groh never really got a fair chance.

But this year? Carson Wentz, Alshon Jeffery, DeSean Jackson, Nelson Agholor, JJ Arcega-Whiteside, Zach Ertz, Dallas Goedert, Jordan Howard, Miles Sanders, Corey Clement, Darren Sproles, and the offensive line (sans Brandon Brooks) are all healthy. Most of them have had a full offseason. Mike Groh and Doug Pederson have had a full year to learn from.

I can understand if the defense struggles early given that many of those starters are just now working their way back from injury, but there shouldn’t be any more fukkups on offense this year. Pederson and Groh should have a pretty good idea of what they have in their offense coming into the season, since most of them are veterans. No excuses this time.:birdman:

True indeed, but Groh may have the most to prove of anyone on this team. Reading body language, last year when he did media, Groh always looked worried and unsure. Fast foward, this year when he does media, he is smiling..looks energized, so im hoping he has a better handle on these weapons and can draw up better play designs.
