I understand it's wrong to hit women and I accept that admitting such should might necessitate reprimand in the work place. Fair enough, but I also believe people tend to have disagreements and speaking on peaceful resolutions in male-female relations shouldn't be punished. Kellerman didn't justify hitting women; he spoke on a mistake he made and the complex negotiation that is the difference between protecting oneself from harm and respecting females. Kellerman spoke on the positive, rather than negative, resolution which followed his initial and ultimate mistake. If it were up to me I'd give Kellerman a pass this one time for besmirching the ESPN name and warn him that if ever speaks on abusing women on air again, his employment will be up for question.
