Is mikey at 135?
Yeah, after all the talk I don't like that fight anymore. Really don't like the talks people had of Loma vs. Crawford or Pacquiao.

The size of Linares was what kept him in the fight, these other cats have that size advantage, but with Loma level skill as well.

Loma is best served at 130 and could go to 135, but I would build up a little (something Loma hasn't done) before jumping into a Mikey fight.

I was satisfied cause finally there was someone in with Loma who actually fought back and could utilize his advantages what he had so we could check what Loma is doing when he doesn't get all his way. That's something we haven't seen since probably his Salido and GRJ fights. So it was an exciting, competitive fight, not just an exhibition.
As much as we love seeing these guys showcase their skills, the best fights are the ones where they get properly tested. That's why the most memorable Crawford fight was the one against Gamboa or one of the more memorable Mayweather fights from his later career was the first Maidana fight. This fight also gonna be more memorable imo than the likes of Loma vs Sosa or Loma vs Marriaga

props to Linares, it's a little funny that he got KO like that by a guy 15 pounds lighter than him but hey... it's a liver shot :yeshrug:

:hhh:

He ain't Floyd or Pacquiao yet, but he probably has the best resume after 12 fights in boxing history.

Call hiding out in the amateurs winning two Olympic golds, in a culture that likes amateur fighting, like Cuba.

And i ain't even a stan.
Floyd won a ship @ 19 breh and never lost. Oscar won gold and a ship @ 20. Manny been fighting professionally since he was like 15/16. Those dudes could have did what Loma did, and wouldnt be half as celebrated.

Nah..that's Sugar Ray Robinson type shyt. He ain't anywhere near that good.
Nah, his 12 fight start to his career is amazing. Top few in history. Don't mistake that for where he ends up. Just because he has a great start doesn't mean he finishes as high or better than these other legends.

Just take it for what it is, an amazing start to a career.
