A cop out ass excuse considering the fact that they held on to the footage for months and are only pulling the move because of the outrage. She should have been fired the moment she said it on set instead of waiting until the footage aired to drum up ratings and talk.

They did the exact same thing years ago with Amber and Gary on TV where they intentionally aired the assault footage to drum up interest on the show and pretended to play dumb when people were rightfully outraged by it.
