If you had a player that didn't wanna be there and wasn't under contract, why would I give you anything for his services? That's why Phoenix just signed him straight up instead of trying to negotiate a S&T. That's why RFA's have yet to be signed and traded in the RFA era. The flipside is that Gordon goes to Phoenix, NO gets nothing, Gordon blows up and even if NO manages to do well without him (which they can), we'll all be saying, "NO is aight, but imagine if they still had Eric Gordon"

If you have a team and you just let players go just because they don't wanna be there, you're gonna find out nobody wants to be on your team. Again, if it's about the injuries, I could understand (and then not understand why you made him the centerpiece of a trade involving the best player your team ever had). If it's about him as a player when healthy, it's bullshyt.

If it were me and he's really faking, I'd just tell him to rehab and get your knee ready for 2017 because that'll be the next time he sees an NBA court.

Why do you have Will Conroy in your pic?

He's not in the driver's seat. He was getting paid regardless. Phoenix guaranteed him that. It's either deal him at a loss and find out he was faking as he beats your ass for 4 years or pay him but in the process let him know he's costing himself 4 years of his NBA career because he's unwilling to see how it's like to grow with a team that has Anthony Davis, Ryan Anderson, Austin Rivers, Al-Farouq Aminu and at least 2 more lotto picks on the way. It's his basketball funeral.

GMs don't think like that. For the money they're paying him, that have to get somethinhg out of that deal. You think they're willing to pay him all that money to sit at home? You're bugging

what is "something?" I mean sure if you could get something good back for him godspeed, but a) I woulda said this even if he were healthy and b) you're probably not getting anything good back for him. All you'd be ridding yourself of is the financial aspect of it which doesn't even affect the Hornets now.

Unfortunately GM's do think like that. They don't like eating deals and don't like it when players just demand out or do shady shyt to get out, but they also don't like the players trying to play them either.

The stoop with dat dope fanny padding
Endorsing giving a player who accomplished nothing and is incredibly injury prone a max deal?

You are pathetic.

Then again, when you hack someone's computer during a draft to make sure u get all the Timberwolves, that was already official.

Right before my turn comes up to nominate and get him my computer gets hacked and conveniently goes back to normal as soon as he gets Roy

If he's traded for Granger for example, expect a miracle

There has to be something there wrong with him. I can't believe he's just not going to play cause he don't feel like it.

It's not like it's a contract year and he's trying to keep from getting injured. Dude is paid, and how could he not be hype to start a new season?

Just confusing to me. I don't buy that he wants out THAT bad.

I don't blame him for not wanting to be there, but he's going about it in the wrong way....

I will say though from his perspective he's been fukked over by two different teams.

The Clippers promised him he wasn't going to traded then shipped him out a couple days later. Then he begged New Orleans to let him play in Phoenix and they said "fukk what you want nikka you staying here".

I understand where he's coming from, but he's being unprofessional and is going to lose in the court of public opinion.
