That one dude got in a stance like he was about to punch the cop then put his hand by his waistband like he was reaching for something. if you think that's no reason for a cop to react to that then you're just extremely biased and are gonna get on the cop no matter what he does.

The kid was pulling his pants up cause they fell a little when he got in the stance to DEFEND his friend. You obviously never been in a fight

Also im pretty sure he reaches for his gun before that
