I apologize. Flew off the handle there. I owe you a rep :snoop:

It's all love...

I kinda did the same thing yesterday...

I wrote this long piece yesterday where I tore into the whole situation...but just as I was about to post, I had CNN on the TV and watched as that brotha something Embry or whatever was telling HIS side of the story. I just erased everything I wrote and decided to just write what's there now, until I could get into more facts of this case...

Seems like racism, believe me, I know some exists in here too, but I just can't be 100% certain of where to apply it. The altercation with the girl was the most obvious to me...i'm still 50-50 on when he drew the weapon on them kids though. They did come around his back real quick, in that situation it's no time to think, he did what he thought was right (at that moment)....Still, I thought there was too much heavy-handedness in the whole situation. Cop just couldn't wait to have a moment like this where he could pull his strap and possibly use it...

Cops don't get benefit of the doubt anymore to me. Even my uncle and cousin (both of whom are cops) get side eyed from me. I ask a TON of questions to them, even encourage them to speak up for the "good guys" like them but they tell me its a VERY complicated situation (especially since they're black officers)

Nah bruh, I feel you....I was watching CNN while posting that. I saw/heard another side of the story that made me look at that situation different. That wasn't the only thing I had issue with. The way dude pulled that gun out, he pulled it to FRIGHTEN those young men. He was told (i'm assuming) by them other officers "whoa:whoa: playboy, put that up" before they went after the guys...

This whole thing stinks of racism, even if it isn't blatantly obvious. I'm just not gonna rush to judge, bc this was a party that got out of control, but should not have come to THIS....

All I'm saying is, why did he have to do the girl like that? That' the only part I'm honestly having trouble with...

He put shorty face in the grass man

I want that one on one sooooo bad with one of these racist cops....

I'll just have to die because he'll pull his strap and I'll pull mine...

fukking crazy man. They wouldn't challenge him because Casebolt is their boss; that's the shyt I don't understand, I'm almost certain if he killed one of those kids, those p*ssy ass cops would have just stood there because their jobs might have been at stake.

thats the only part you having an issue with ?? you forreal bruh ?? theres about 100 things wrong with that incident before that even happened and the worst part of the video is that bytch mafukka pulled out a fukkin gun on some young kids who MAY have been 12? 13? 14? once they ran up on him when he threw the girl down.. that mafukka was ready to kill KIDS for defending they friend :camby:

fukk being fired that mafukka needs to be in JAIL. Tired of police getting away with blatant abuse of power/people

That one dude got in a stance like he was about to punch the cop then put his hand by his waistband like he was reaching for something. if you think that's no reason for a cop to react to that then you're just extremely biased and are gonna get on the cop no matter what he does.

Exactly! And not only that, but if there wasn't video of this mess the both of them would've kept their mouth shut while the department worked on his defense. And we got mofos saying cops don't get the benefit of the doubt.. are you fukking kidding me :what: This shyt been going on for decades.. it's only now it's blowing up due to social media and cameras being everywhere, so cops gotta think twice about how they approach situations.. and even then, we STILL end up with weekly stories like these. This shyt is way outta control.

Look at that NC cop that got charged with murder last week for shooting that nikka in the back while running away, then claiming he was trying to reach for his gun. If there wasn't video of that, he would've gotten off and still be policing the streets today terrorizing even more victims :snoop:

Yeah, an officer that only has a problem with the black kids and decides a 14 year old girl in a bikini with a towel is a threat and needs to be neutralized in such an extreme manner, a situation that HE himself escalated, isn't the one that's extremely biased :camby:

Cops were called their to take care of a situation they didn't just show up on their own accord

And there was nothing extreme about taking the girl down and waiting for another cop to come with cuffs..that's proper protocol he didn't body slam her he simply took her down and waited for cuffs

Hm, I wonder who called them and what was said to the operator about said situation.

Also, "simply took her down" is what you saw in that video?

The ex McKinny cop just said so in the video I posted :what:

Proper protocol was what the first cop was doing.. engaging with the kids trying to get a better grasp of the situation. They were fully cooperative and everything was under control until this idiot Casebolt escalated the situation :camby:

I'm not gonna lie. When the one cop was talking to the kids respectfully, shyt was like a breath of fresh air. :banderas:

In my youth, the cops acted like that. Talked to me like I was a fukking person. Then you get barrel rolling Casebolt on some Paul Blart mall cop shyt fukking it up for everyone.

So why pull the gun then on unarmed kids??
