I personally liked TNA, but you're lying if you say TNA wasn't getting clowned heavily on the internet from 07-09. It was on a good 4 or 5 month streak before Bischoff and Hogan, but the 3 yrs before it was hit and miss as a whole, and the IWC was pretty harsh on it, especially the booking.

It absolutely was getting clowned -- but so was wrestling as a whole. Whatever redeeming qualities that TNA had were stripped away by bischoff and Hogan only for them to end up exactly where they were at the beginning just with way fewer fans way more debt and TNA on life support.
Bischoff and Hogan couldn't accept TNA for what it was so they tried to turn it into late era WCW. Not considering that any success that happened in wcw was in spite of them (them being Hogan bischoff and Nash and this obviously doesn't include nwo).

I don't know if you could describe them as having a run but they've existed longer than WCW did.

Impact/TNA has been running for 21 years now and to think they were in their death bed back in 2015-2017, till Anthem saved them. WCW only last for almost 13 years.

They're absolutely right and that's inevitably what killed tna because they pivoted so much and nothing would work. These guys were getting over 1.5 million viewers a week and couldn't sell a thousand seat venue.
