It seems like FOX have waaaay too much of a say in WWE than I believe the network should, let them create the content and if it fails drop them. I know Vince is out of touch but how many FOX execs you think would know what would draw with a wrestling audience. Anyway sad for Eric, Heyman probably laughed his ass off.

FOX tryna cancel firefly apparently shows they know nothing a out the crowd, although I do think those segments need to start switching up or taking a different twist because they are getting stale now, it's the same shyt.

I thought he was there since the 80’s and throughout the early 2000’s?

He was doing talent relations and production but the only time he really had a say in creative was the 90s. That's why he's so salty about Russo because Vince bushed him as a booker once Russo came in.

Apparently though Prichard has been the main booker/creative guy on Smackdown for months. Bischoff has done nothing since he's been there. So nothing should actually change.

:salute: the Fox execs for strong arming the carny business. Fox is network TV, WWE is small time compared to them, it’s going to be a very different relationship than with USA

I can’t get over how foul this is

I also can’t get over how he did this to the one guy who would have done the same to somebody else

Man Vince ain't shyt, but you also have a point Eric would probably do the same to someone else had the opportunity presented itself, typical corporate world shyt

According to the WON, several people who interacted with Bischoff during his time in TNA were shocked that he was brought into WWE and predicted that he would not last. This apparently became obvious when Bischoff arrived and was unfamiliar with the talent involved and many of the changes in the business; the expectation was that it became more about how the company would handle the release publicly after making such a high-profile announcement of Bischoff’s hiring along with the promotion of Paul Heyman to Raw executive director.

Prichard, who has replaced Bischoff, pushed for him to be hired for the position. Prichard has a long-term relationship with McMahon and he is much more familiar with the company’s structure than Bischoff, who one official said “had absolutely no vision, and once we were headed into FOX, everything was falling through the cracks. He messed up multiple times with FOX. Eric also had no stamina for the rigors of the job.” It was also noted that people complained that on some days Bischoff would become impossible to reach after he was done with his workday at around 7pm
