OP was hoping to get replies of uproar to cosign his militancy.

We've seen enough of Eric to know that there is no conspiracy against him, especially since other Black coaches have been hired.

Let it go
Garbage posts like this one is why these cacs in the NFL are comfortable with their hiring practices.

Far and away the best resume. He should've got a job.

”see, other black coaches got hired, something must be wrong with him.”

It makes me wonder what these posters do for a living. If you work in a corporate environment or any work environment, it’s very tough for black men to get leadership positions, and the ones that do tend to be a specific type. That’s how it goes.

I’m not saying these guys are kooons or anything, but there is something about them that makes a white man comfortable enough to hire them.

In the NFL, it’s pretty clear that black offensive minded coaches are just not taken seriously.

Wow, did not expect this in the offseason. Really thought he would move up after they canned Rivera.

If you’re a black man, you should know better.

A few black coaches getting hired, which is great, doesn’t mean he’s not being discriminated again.

You still gotta be a specific type of black coach to even get those roles, which is typically defensive minded.

That’s a problem that you have to move up on one side of the ball to get those opportunities.

If an offensive coach like Bienemy or Leftwich, if you don’t got a white man advocating for you, you’re basically fukked. Atleast he was able to keep his status as an OC, and not have to go back to being a positions coach.
Yeah that's a good point :patrice:

The offensive genius label is reserved for white coaches only

Going to DC was dumb, he was there in a position to take all the blame if things went bad with minimal credit. He should have stayed with the Chiefs to take more credit for the offense and a job would have vert likely opened for him with all the openings that came this off season.
I don’t think that logic works, he already won a super bowl with the team and teams wasnt fukking with him, if that’s the logic why naggy ain’t get another job

it’s not dumb trying to take chances in your career to move up

Wasn’t there a HC who got fired that wasn’t even talking to most of his staff towards the end of his tenure? For y’all saying stay in KC and get more props, the nikka already got two as an OC and still can’t get a gig. Meanwhile, the two coordinators in Philly who didn’t win shyt and haven’t even spent remotely half the time EB has on a sideline (google their wikis) got HC gigs. More accomplished than Canales who got the assist outta JUCO from Carroll. Macdonald was coaching in the HS ranks by the time EB almost had a decade on a sideline.

Again, there’s a trend of players speaking out like they calling a crimestoppers hotline when there’s a Black coach in charge. Just wait, it’s gonna happen to Pierce soon. Bookmark this

Leftwich had the Jags job and turned it down because he didnt want to work with the GM.

Seems like a lateral move but he has a chance to get back in the NFL very soon I think. Maybe he will have to humble himself now and be a bit less divisive. Not being the best interviewer or being hard on your players doesn't seem like enough of a reason not to be given a chance though.

What an insult to go from wanting to be a head coach then an offensive coordinator on a pathetic team like the washington football team then to offensive coordinator in college, the good ol boys sure taught him a lesson

He was working under Andy Reid and decided to jump ship to the Commanders and Riverboat Ron for some strange ass reasons, should’ve stayed with the Chiefs collecting rings and Money. Chiefs still won without him, Commanders offense tanked and he got fired.

He’s out of the nfl and has no one to blame but himself.
Well when Washington fails again people will wonder if letting him go was the right move. Hopefully dude will get a HC job one day
