I dont know it seems with youth and a wrestling base you can go far in todays mw/lhw divisions where the contenders are dinosaurs that have been in competition since the 90s. Everyone wants to say what weidman did last night solidified him as that dude when his opponent also has "losses" to arampage & davis

Machida beat the shyt out of both rampage and Davis those 2 were straight up robberies. Plus look at how he out struck mousasi, machida will always be a top 5 fighter and is definitly capable of winning the belt
rampage & davis

looking at some of the shyt these kids are doing, 7 year olds with 40'' box jumps
. A high level wrestler only needs a few years to get his bjj up. Now a lot of these wrestlers are taking Muay Thai/boxing at a early age as well, hell at my son's wrestling school half of those kids take some form of striking. MMA is going to have an extremely high level of competition in a few years imo.
did you watch that fight? King mo wrestled fukked mousasi but moose landed like 120 punches from his guard n did the most damage. Mo face was busted up but he won just because mousasi couldn't get up. That fight was when I realized how trash mo was
