I am curious about how they navigate the Carolyn Bryant situation considering that she's still alive today and her family seems dirty enough to try and sue based on how she's portrayed. I would use all the information that's on public record as well as what she told that white guy in his book so she can't try and say that a lot of her accounts were made up for the movie.
