Eminem: When Did He Start Falling Off?

I'd say right after TES. I think he just ran out of stuff to talk about. I liked the progression from SSLP to MMLP to TES. He showed greater perspective while playing with his craft. But when Encore came out? IDK if it was the drugs or the subject matter but ever since then it's been bad and borderline embarrassing. He sounds so choppy now in his flows. He used to sound to effortless.

dude can still spit when he wants too...Infinite - MMLP was his prime IMO... TES was good but u cud tell he was headin into more a commercial direction... anything after that has been disappointing except for the Shady cypher from the BET awards.. i thought he ripped that

Once he stopped being the underdog. His whole style, and essence was about proving himself. After he did... His act got stale. Same talent, less appeal.

That's why 8 miles revived him for a stretch... It allowed him to "act" like he was the underdog

accents serial killer stories ridiculous gay sex bars..now hes off drugs and he's making guidance

Plus hes fallen into the trap of spitting starving

all because what is he gonna talk about?
