I don't see the problem with it. It's a track for Top 40 Radio. I mean it is a Rihanna feature after all. I knew the same people on The Coli would dislike it like before. My personal opinion is that I like it as a Top 40 track. At the end of the day, our opinions aren't the ones that matter though, it's the masses. If I remember right, "Lighters," and "I Need A Doctor" weren't liked that much on the message boards, but both were double platinum Top 5 hits. So, it can be argued those of us complaining don't see the big picture, and don't know what it takes to make a hit song. When it's all said and done, I think it can be argued this is a good crossover track. Nothing more, nothing less.

Em was spittin...I fukks with it...maybe a more sinister beat would have made it more in line with the OG MMLP. Actually I think if he used the track 13 girl on the hook with a darker beat yall would love it more...

Agreed. I too thought about Dina Rae, but I dont know what her pipes are like nowadays.. :patrice:

All jokes aside, I fukks with it. Gave it about eight spins and it's really NOT BAD. Produced well, Em was spittin. Better than his verses on LTWTL. It's a nice safe, song for the radio. Its safe to say that this song is gonna be a huge hit. I see it now. Cacs all across America gonna be like "IM FRIENDS WITH THE MONSTERRRR!!!! Hoohh hoooooh hoooooo hoooooo!! :stylin::stylin::stylin:" shyt is gonna rip radio a whole new a$$hole. Em's getting those songs to hook these cacs out the way, we fans of the original MMLP are gonna be eatin soon. :blessed:

lol, give me a Rihanna solo version.....Not that I expected different, tho I loved 'Love The Way You Lie', but this is terrible...mainly because of Eminems time capsule ass rapping....

Pretty much all of this.

When I heard Love The Way You Lie for the first time I knew it was going to be hit as SOON as I heard Rih Rih's opening the track with that hook. The song has the perfect balance of pop and rap. Rih Rih's hook is :banderas:

Now further down the line I can see myself hating this record, not because it's bad..but because it WILL be on HEAVY rotation on the radio and on the music networks when that video gets made.

To me this track isn't even bad at all..Em's rhymes was spitting like I expected him too.

Shady reigns supreme :steviej:
