What’s there to try hard about? I’m not gonna sit here and say I know every artist he named. Then I would be a liar. I only know what I know. But watch Eminem feature Skylar grey in his next album instead of his idols.
So is every artist obligated to feature their idols? Or just him?
He also forgot Q Tip. I think it seems like his list is folks that inspired him before he really started rapping seriously himself. Jay and Em both dropped their first albums in 96

No but he’s masquerading as this hip hop head while making bullshyt pop music with Skylar Grey and other trash rapping about weirdo shyt. His label got him looking crazy. Dre cashing in on Em at the end of the day. Fans will eat up everything he drops.

Yea I get what you're saying
I'm thinking about Hawaiian Sophie as Jay-Z's introduction to hip hop, but RD came out in 96.
I forgot to take that in consideration
He barely raps on Hawaiian Sophie it’s a video cameo, but the originators dropped the following year
