em really has no vocal tonality, slow flow wise.
to make the type of rap records, consistently in the slow flow.arena
that will have the convincability in some directions, content wise.

that is his only Achilles heel, as an emcee.

Eminem, lacks the ability to fully pocket or have full control in vocal tonality.
which is why he has turned his focus to speeding up.
instead of actually really pocketing all his flows accurately from a vocal tonality based department.
so, he is pretty much going the way of speed, because of a lack of actual use of vocal tone control.

as, a strictly large selling pop artist.
Eminem can sustain being what his draw currently is, or magnify it.

as recently his current draw is severely lacking in comparison to that era.
which you could say was attributed to his failure to ramp up skillwise in the urban market.

Here's my 2 cents.

I don't like the song because he's basically rambling for 6 minutes.

Having said that, some of you are hating your asses off. If you think the song is wack ok cool but to say he can't rap....you're insane. If rapping like this was easy (and I mean the deliveries, flow, etc. not the lyrical content) then everyone would be doing it. His technical skills are out of this world, which is why the other rappers the Booth jocks always give him love. It's unfortunate that his skills rarely translate into good music.

Eminem actually makes emcee pillar culture based music.
if we were to list it as a specific genre to his exact focus.
it just so happens he has a draw and reach for an obscure.
mostly lowest of the lowest genre, in rap.
then, made himself the highest consistently drawing lone solo star in all of the music industry.
it is a good story, too.
it is what happens when timing and the culture respond in a good way, to create commerce, for the rap industry.
