Breh, it was never going to happen. They were selling dreams like a motherfukker.
And even as someone that would've liked to see it, it's honestly probably for the best that it didn't happen. I think Timesplitters had its window, and it's closed. The odds of them coming though with a Doom or Wolfenstein style comeback probably weren't high.

Owned by Eidos/Crystal Dynamics, but still under Embracer. They’re still working on the new game. They also have a licensing deal with Amazon for a tv show so that game is probably safe.
I could see Amazon just buying them altogether
