Am I expected to believe this cac will fulfill his promise?

Elon doesn't have too because he knows it will NEVER happen.

He knows that with these charities that 90% goes to admin and 10% goes to the actual work that needs to be done.

He's just pulling they card for shyts and giggles

The original CNN headline was wrong. The WFP chief didn't say $6B would solve world hunger. He said this:

Headline not accurate. $6B will not solve world hunger, but it WILL prevent geopolitical instability, mass migration and save 42 million people on the brink of starvation. An unprecedented crisis and a perfect storm due to Covid/conflict/climate crises.

He was ready to meet every demand IN A FAR MORE MEANINGFUL WAY THAN ON TWITTER, but what did he do? Deflect to something else because he's not serious.

He deflected then ran away. He was never serious.

How you gonna ROFL with a hollow back?
Not gonna front "solving hunger" seems like something only a God could do.
What’s funny is I was listening to someone last night talk about how hard the billionaire tax was fought by republicans and Manchin. The guy then gave the comparison that is hard to argue. He said back in the Egyptian days, emperors had all the wealth, and to self justify the peasants and the royal system would claim that God bestowed the wealth on them. It is not that different now under capitalism. Common middle/lower even upper class people think that billionaires should be revered, when they are in the position they are in thru little effort of their own. These are the real welfare queens, and why should I be alright with being taxed to death and let these guys slide just because they have amassed more wealth than all of us combined, shouldn’t they pay more taxes? If not, why not? If your answer is because they were smarter, get the dikk outta ur mouth. Fair is fair. If you had a big come up thru lotto or something, for like 200 million, you would be taxed 50% and probably be ok with it, right, because you still have more money than you and your generational existence would ever be enable to spend just on interest! Why can’t they just pay their share? The only reason they are as rich as they are is because we have subsidized all of their buildings, payroll, pretty much all of it, why do they deserve the money more than we do?

I get what your saying, but it's a reason why greed is taught in religions and cultures to be something to avoid. Those kind of people are just mentally off, they're functioning sociopaths half the time, and no matter how hard we try as a species we will NEVER be on the same page, there is too much greed and hatred on this earth and unfortunately, money is power, and they've got like 99% of it. Just enjoy life best you can and anticipate what may happen after you die.

That's an independent charity watchdog. The WFP chief offered to talk in person. Isn't that a better way to handle this than on twitter if you're serious?

Doesn't change the fact that the WPF Chief should have dropped the link. He wants the money right? And there's nothing stopping him from showing Elon the books. And showing US (as we the global people) the books. He wants the money right?

From this exchange it looks like the WFP does not want to discuss where the money is actually going publicly. Even though theyve raised billions of public money. How do you read that exchange and not give the L to the UN/WFP ?

Because there's public info already available for people who really care.

Take it back to the 1960s tax rates.
