Just to follow up on my previous comment,This is all part of Elon's plan, now he has this in his back pocket when sh*t hits the fan, "The White House said I'm not a part of DOGE"
I've already posted here that those interns working for him will be left hanging, Elon has the money for lawyers and to get away with sh*t, they don't.
We are only weeks in, but the legal ramifications are coming.

If they knew what they were doing then they wouldn't be doing that plausible deniability shyt. Trump tried that crap in his criminal case and was convicted.
As for Musk my guess is that they are probably claiming he has no connection because some of the records he was looking at may have needed security clearances. There is also the issues of potential self dealing and conflict of interests that he has. It doesn't matter anyway because this shyt is well on its way to blowing up in Trump's face. Musk's competitors are not going to just stand by while he cuts them out of business and federal contracts and is able to look at their personal information on top of it. I can't imagine that other billionaires and politicians want Musk having their personal and secret business information.
