You don't deserve it! You haven't earned it!" Meanwhile them cacs haven't done shyt in 2 generations. More white people than ever have even less to give to their white kids, and the crumbs of American pie are being fought over by everyone else. So like everything else, divide, infiltrate. "We don't mind the Hispanics that are here, they're good people, hard workers, trusting. They aren't like the criminals that are breaking into the country, they own their cars, their houses...that's what America is about and if that's what they're about we are willing to help them." Give'em a pat on the head, make them honorary whites. Hell, a half Hispanic half white kid comes out looking white as hell anyway.
