I didn't defend the article. I pointed out how your claim that going after politicians kids wasn't a 'now' thing. And that's not some journalist, that is a random twitter user being reported on a news site that has a low credibility rating. That is a far cry from leading right-wing voices going after Tim Walz son. And again, because you seem to have a problem understanding this, random poster on a forum saying something doesn't carry the same weight as Elon Musk, Tucker Carlson or Ann Coulter blasting it on their public platforms.

Moreover, the combination of Elon Muk's VAST platform and public persona means his words are not just private opinions, but part of the public conversation, with the power to incite real action, which makes them far more significant and dangerous compared to Joe shyt the Ragman cracking some jokes. The closer we get to election day, the more transparent you become.

One of those stories is about a mentally disabled teen crying in joy at his father's speech......and a radio host mocked him.

The other story is about a teen physically assaulting his nanny, attacking other kids with a knife twice, and killing at least 6 animals for fun. And said teen has recently been going around campaigning for his dad......and people are talking about it seriously.


Creating a false equivalence between those things is wild.

I said I don't believe the media should be attacking politician kids, period. I don't care what Trump's kid does and I don't care if Walz's kid has a disability.
They aren't their fathers and don't deserve to be scrutinized by the media or us...because they're kids.
