All I can think of is he wants a civil war inside America and then he hopes to install authoritarian regime after that.

I do think he's trying to tank the country so much he can implement martial law and a surveillance state, but that's a much less guaranteed plan, because he won't have the capital/manpower to support the system he wants to put in place.

I hope he doesn't think AI will be able to supplement all of the systems he's about to crash. I mean, chip manufacturing will be a big part of that control and he's shuffling it to China's favor.

Like if he was really trying to be an authoritarian, he would move slower because he can build public sentiment as well as put the right people in place. He's torpeding public sentiment and he certainly doesn't have the right people in place. Competency will be replaced by ruthlessness, but he doesn't have the manpower to do that, the security state is literally being disassembled and rank and file police aren't really that capable and will be at 300:1 disadvantage versus the general public.
