Yeah but there’s no guarantee someone’s looks go to their kids at the same proportions.

There’s a higher correlation between intelligence going to a kid than someone’s looks outright. shyt, some siblings look completely different and they got the same parents.

A lot of good looking people have ugly-looking kids but a lot of smart people most likely won’t be punching out motions.

Breeding for good-looking kids is very unreliable. Breeding for smarts is a lot more reliable.

This is a mask off moment and given that Elon isn't charismatic or particularly likeable I'm not sure how he fixes it. I'm amazed he was dumb enough to say this stuff out loud. H1B hires are often paid less than equally qualified/experienced American engineers and they regularly work 90 hours a week without issue. They're machines, basically. Zero social skills, zero soft skills, don't care about holidays. Just work.

And if you're smart enough to do the work without a degree guess what? Hiring H1Bs legally requires you to hire Americans based off whatever the education level of the visa holder is.
