That's all he has on her. If he went against Bernie he would call him a Commie and scare people. If he went at Biden he would bring up all the evil he's done as a Senator to muddy the water. If that idiot calls her Pocahantas during a debate..... He'll get slaughtered.

I swear some of y'all way overrate the most agenda-driven things. These are the polls:

Everyone who ain't one of those top two lines is definitely a sleeper.

And the She The People event was held in Texas on April 24th. It just so happens that a Texas Democratic primary poll was held on April 29th. The results?

Biden 23, O'Rourke 22, Sanders 17, Buttigieg 8, Warren 7, Castro 4, Harris 3, Klobuchar 3, Yang 3, Booker 1, Gillibrand 1, Hickenlooper 1

Warren really needs to make a major move nationally by January, or build up a serious grass roots movement in Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada or South Carolina. Unless Bernie falls back (unlikely - he has a pretty strong floor of support) or Biden self-destructs (possible - he's done it both times before), I have a hard time seeing her making herself heard above the crowd. She could easily be the best candidate, but people simply aren't paying attention.



FYI, they also did general election head-to-heads in that Texas poll.

Texas: Biden 50, Trump 49
Texas: Trump 51, Sanders 49
Texas: Trump 54, Harris 46
Texas: Trump 54, Buttigieg 46
Texas: Trump 53, Warren 47
Texas: Trump 50, O'Rourke 50

Margin of Error was 3.4 for the poll, so Biden, Sanders, and O'Rourke are all polling as a virtual dead heat with Trump in fukking Texas. :ohhh:

The overlap of people who give a shyt about Trump calling Sanders a commie and people who were thinking of voting for Sanders anyway is very, very small. None of that rhetoric plays to anyone other than his devoted base anymore. Calling Warren "Pocahantas" is Trump's code for saying that she's an out-of-touch liberal elite playing identity politics - that's at least as scary to everyday voters as the worn-out "fear the commies!" refrain.
