Eli Drake is one of the most boring wrestlers in TNA, not on that caveman, the miracle level, but pretty close.
People keep talking about his mic skills, they are weak to me, he sounds like someone taking in promos, not actually delivering a message.
He is no bully ray, he is no MVP, he is just a guy who talks alot. IMHO

I mean that the flaws in Anderson's game were very apparent for probably close to a year before he left the company. And all I can see in the times that I've seen Eli Drake is Mr. Anderson. Even many of the same mannerisms.

When ec3 was given the rocket and had to be protected via the setup of his very own gimmick.
Plus, storm had to wallow in tag teams for so long.
Until being elevated in a package elevation of talent via tag to singles over a much longer period.

If storm and ec3 were better.
they distinctly in the same timeline.
would have looked this good in timeline comparison to drake.
Drake is operating at another level than anyone in all of wrasslin. right now as a total package on the mic.
Which has translated to creating his platforms.

Duke had a podium, now he got a tonight show set, breh.
Storm and ec3 had to be protected or labor in tags to get the equivalent.
That is why drake is better.
he earned more with higher quality stuff in shorter time with no protection from the book like ec3.
Plus, he has not been platooned in a stable or in tags to be allowed to draw as a singles draw.

Yet, gunner was never on the level as a mic worker and was using storm as a ramp up as a sports entertainment personality.

I notice you did not post the Eli versus storm or Eli versus ec3.
As that is the only true definitive test and Eli just owned them nikkaz.
Even if the promo was made to put over storm and ec3 via actual pinfall or perceptions via work for marks.
Drake still owned them nikkaz on the mic.
