Just for South America, every four years. Gold Cup is only for North/Central America.

They decided to host Copa America with some CONCACAF teams included for the 100th anniversary of the Copa, and apparently it's going so well they might just have it in the US every time or combine them somehow, it's still in talks.

Fernández got injured 1 week before the tournament, gonna be out for 2 months

Valdivia wasn't even called. He's suspended for 2 more games but that's only for the World Cup Qualifiers, Pizzi didn't called him because he's playing on a money grab league in the UAE so no one knows if he's ready for high level competition (he's also getting up there in age) and he wanted to test other players. Still, the way we are playing it's only a matter of time before he comes back. He may be past his prime but he can still do his thing out there imo.

Yeah, we still have a shot and we can play way better than that 1st half. I was just expecting a better showing, this is the toughest game in the group stage and we are doing a pretty shytty job competing so far, we can do better
