Yea I know what they're capable of since I've followed them in the news for years. They also killed two cops I knew in Mexico- both in shootouts during the day. To me it doesn't make sense that some dudes in Mexico will get an "ISIS" email address and type some heavy cinematic and glorious shyt talking instead of having someone make a phone call and keep it simple or have the money reimbursed first- these guys probably could help each other out too. If drug money was lost, I think they would just kill a few people to make a statement and not write an email that could potentially be traced. Then again, I know these Cartels don't give a shyt and anything is possible with them. Also, let's not forget Putin is putting his foot into ISIS and other rebel forces asses. I fear Putin more over El Chapo but that's just me.

not going to lie, first I thought Russia was dogging shyt over there but come to find out, they have a low bombing count compared to the US. now it could be Russia is hitting key strategic points to disrupt ISIS financial flow but the news doesn't really state it.
