Possible sure… but the real questions are “why” and why/how are they found all over the world?
Because it's a basic shape that allows for tall, stable structures using the materials of the time

I think one issue people have is that they think that ancient=primitive.
What these cacs don’t want to admit is that humans are literally in its 5th or 6th iteration of civilization so it’s not a reach to say Egyptians were technically advanced to build those pyramids…

A pyramid is not a basic shape
Especially with they being perfect dimensions and again… across different civilizations in different periods of time over great distances.
Same heavy blocks, none even all cut perfectly to fit the position they are in
