At restaurant depot they sell James farms liquid eggs (and egg whites) in 32 oz containers. They say they’re equivalent to 18 eggs. 32 oz is in a quart container, so 72 eggs equals a gallon, or 6 dozen

Edit, I see other sources claim 2oz = 1 large egg, so 16 per qt, 64 a gal or 5 and 1/3 dozen
