Are effeminate mannerisms ever OK in a man who has expressed interest in you?

If other qualities are solid and present & he isn't gay/DL are you willing to overlook:
-bytchiness
-Argumentative
-Gossips
-Petty
-Animated
-Daintiness
-Attitudinal/Moody/Emotionally high-strung
-Constantly talks about women in a critical way
-High-pitched voice
-Rolls his eyes/sighs heavily
-Beats you getting mad...when he's dead wrong
-Bonus -What if you observed him talking, on his cell, to an old guy friend and he started popping his gum, giggling, blinking more, grinning nonstop & twirling his foot (Sugarfoot?)
-Etc.

ETA - All these traits are exhibited by one man.

I'm so used to a lot of the men on this website doing this that I don't even consider it emasculate anymore; it's just in some people's nature to be messy

I can deal with a guy who cries. I know there's this misconception like it's feminine or wrong for guys to express emotions/feelings or cry. I can't deal with it daily or every other day. But in moderation (the 'crying') is fine.

I don't like self doubters (men or women).

& hypermasculine men are typically over compensating for other reasons: height, sexuality, dikk size, validation from other men, etc etc etc.
& I don't want a bandwagoner/follower.

Be you.

Nothing is wrong with someone who is balanced.

Don't gotta 'fit' a mold.
