And with the 720, all that will be as one. Not one app has it, everything we watch will have us connected so you'll see real-time results of polls/etc.
How about sports? Right now you can pick who is gonna win in every sport and it keeps track of yours and your friends picks and displays that while you watch!!!

If you don't like sports, how about FOX television programming? Simpsons/American Dad, FAmily guy? Cuz everything is free on there within 24hrs of it airing on that channel

If you go to the movies/tv section besides having everything before Redbox
They often have free TV shows before they air. I'm talking almost every show that comes on ABC, NBC, CBS.. if its a bigtime show, the pilot will be on XBL a month before it airs on TV

Finally and most importantly, the fact that every popular game there is, gets patched immediately and often so the gaming experience isn't altered to benefit cheaters is well worth the $35

Instead of talking around this very important fact. What you 3cepts should be asking yourselves is "why doesn't sony patch games in a timely manner like they do on xbox"

Since exploits are done via sony's firmware, a developer doesn't have the ultimate say on fixing anything. They can do temperary fixes, but every fix is expensive. And since sony's firmware was always bushleague quality, developers are like "fukk it if sony isn't gonna take it seriously"

What bothers me as a gamer/consumer is sony has said little, and done even less.
They did the same shyt with the Disc Read Error issue that they got sued for and lost.

The last time I was on xbl was sometime last year and it was a bunch of nonsense on there that wasn't gaming related. I never talked about online multiplayer as that's something I haven't really been interested in since I was given the task of figuring out the AOL BB issue that the first xbox live had. The multiplayer argument is one you can have with everyone else, I personally dgaf about that. No, Cross game chat has been patented by Microsoft. Also using soundtracks ingame.
Sony found a loophole around that, but it would be up to the developer to incorporate it and it takes a lot of resources for them to do it from the software level (at least this gen)
