That man Leslie Nelson and the Naked Gun series were all staples in my early childhood, and looking at his tombstone, we share the same birthday and sense of humor

Your out of your mind if you think a studio would fund a movie with OJ Simpson ever appearing in it...the name alone is toxic to most of America.

I loved Nordberg but OJ practically admitted he killed his wife and her boyfriend not to mention even if OJ was actually still a beloved public figure what would be the point to have him there without Leslie Nielsen

Keyword there was hope... snowball's chance in hell hope. But still hope...

I like Ed Helms but you can't re-do Naked Gun shyt was a classic movie series and it basically made Leslie Nielsen famous. Plus who's gonna play Norberg (OJ Simson)?

I think Ed Helms would've been a good fit for the 'Vacation' reboots that got canned...and that series actually seems like a decent franchise to extend anyway.

But you just can't make a Naked Gun film without Leslie Nielsen as Frank Drebin. Just, no.

I think a similar kind of spoof film would be great...it's been too fukking long since we got even a mediocre spoof movie. I'm fine with them even making it damn near identical to the Naked Gun series in setup...but leave the name alone.
