They actually pretty much do, they own the rights to classic horror characters like Dracula, and Frankenstein.. WB's affiliate is New Line Cinema which owns pretty most of the famous horror characters except Chucky, and Michael Myers

It's a fan game that was being developed around the early or mid 2000s and after a lot of threats from licensing companies it just dropped out of nowhere about a good 7-8 years ago IIRC. It was basically supposed to be like the arcade Mortal Kombat games but horror movie characters, which is exactly what this thread is about

If you look at other gameplay videos it's not a bad game, it plays just like those older MK games but the game wasn't completed so I think things like the fatalities and the story mode were never finished
