My first show was the one where Scorpio left to become Flash Funk and went through a gauntlet of loser leaves town matches becore losing to Louie Spicolli. Taz immidiately comes out kicks Scorpio out the ring and calls out and has his stand off with Sabu. My first show and I didnt know who Taz was and barely knew Sabu but they still had a Lil Jimmy like :damn: That crowd was amazing too. I need some Francine nudes now brehs :wow:

I caught it in 1999-2000 and loved it. I have ons 2005(and a chair from the show) and the rise and fall of ECW. Paul Heyman is a smart man. Dude just isn't good with money.

I LIVE IN A CARDBOARD BOX!
I loved ECW. One of my favorite all time moments was when Tommy Dreamer finally beat Raven. I was like :blessed:("He finally did it!"). It's up there with Foley winning the WWF Championship in 99 and the nWo forming as one of my all time favorite wrestling moments. Cause for years I saw them clash and Dreamer would be rocking it and then all of the sudden Raven would squeeze out a victory. But anyway, Dreamer won...then Jerry Lawler, RVD, and Sabu hit the ring and started taking out everyone....until Taz arrived and then they were like :whoa: "Let's dip."

I'll never forget when ECW closed. :wow: I refused to believe it until I saw Paul show up on RAW to commentate with JR and then I was like ":beli: fukk man. It's over. Well, even though I hardly watch it, at least WCW is still around to give Vince some competition. Right?" :mjpls:

I still say that WWE's "Rise and Fall of ECW" DVD is one of the best produced DVDs that they've ever done.

Heatwave 98 was the first PPV that I bought from ECW, then I went back and got tapes. fukk, what all matches were on there?

RVD & Sabu vs. Hayabusa & Jinsei Shinzaki
Taz vs. Bam Bam
Justin Credible vs. Jerry Lynn (had the tombstone off the top rope)
Dreamer, Sandman, and Spike vs. the Dudleys
Tanak vs. Mike Awesome

Also, was it me or did the refs count fast as fukk in ECW? They counted the 3 so fast.

One of my favorite ECW memories was when Jerry Lynn finally beat RVD with 2 back-to-back Cradle Piledrivers at Hardcore Heaven 2000.

ECW on TNN had some slept on matches too.

ECW basically ushered in the Attitude era when they invaded Raw in 97. Didn't Vince silently finance the first ECW ppv??
