A black underclass is an upgrade over Blacks making up poverty and prison stats. My cousin hasn't had a job in two years. Applies like a mofo but with only hard labor skills, what can he do. Those underclass jobs usually can move you up the ladder. No job tends to move you no where at all. Stop talking as if Black people ain't fukked up in the game collectively. There are a lot of Blacks who would love to be part of the underclass, especially if they can collectively come together for labor rights but an immigrant can't do that and they have a homeland.
