I know just stating guys like Belafonte (believe I misspelled his name) think he should be more active in the Black Community etc.. or the general consensus of Black entertainers/Sports players in general. Why should they be the lead why can't our Black Lawyers, Doctors etc.. become the new leaders and role models.

Sure I agree, but belafonte is an entertainer speaking to fellow entertainers, he isn't a lawyer or a doctor, that would be even more of a reach for him telling doctors and lawyers what to do
