I find it funny how everything is black women's and white man's fault and no blame falls on the dead beats who keep running away. Until the dead beats are addressed, nothing will change.

There's plenty of dead beats, otherwise single mothers wouldn't be an issue. The black household income wouldn't be last on the list. Even then, CS doesn't replace a father. And skating by CS is very easy, nighas lie everyday B. I got 2 cousins with 6 kids inbetween them, not a man in sight. You have to address both sides of the equation, if you don't, nothing gets fixed. Everything brought up ITT becomes nothing but wasted oxygen.
