What I know for sure is my sister has had 2 stress related strokes since being married to him. And she's constantly miserable.
You can be successful and not be a "boss chick", because you can be successful and have a nice personality. "Boss chick" have terrible personalities and refers to a type of person. My wife is a literal boss and makes upper six figures and is very pleasant.

This is true which is why it is so jarring when you come across one that isn't. The nice ones generally don't base their personalities around their success. Rather the more positive traits that led to be successful in general tend to shine through. Unfortunately, there is a subset of successful women who don't understand this. These are the ones most dudes are calling boss chicks.
