I keep filling out these applications and getting zero responses.

What's the easiest type of job to get? What kind of place can you walk in there, and pretty much leave with a working schedule that day?

I have NEVER gotten a job thru temping. I always had to get interviewed and actually get the offer for a regular full time position.

I'd help, but I specialize in entry level jobs for college grads. OP sounds like he has a lot of issues to deal with. Might want to think about learning a trade and starting your own business. Or, start a cleaning company, those are blowing up right now. The regular workforce has nothing for a black man with no marketable skills, limited communication ability and a record.

he dont need no security card , am talking about basic security like at a schools, walmart , supermarkets etc things like that. If wanted after that he could get his firearm licence at get those type of jobs

In Illinois,...
Especially Chicago you need the classes and a perc card.

You need like four hunid bills, to get on at the front end to do security.
Maybe in NJ,...
You can get in without security classes and a perc card.
In Illinois,..you can forget about it.
Why you think, Illinois and Chicago is into it with the federal government about gun control laws.

You will not ever get a job through a temp agency, in general again.
Especially since the majors like manpower have no power as headhunters.
Temp'n is dead.
I have no idea who gets employment from temp jobs, anymore.

I'm an expert when it comes to staffing/recruiting and the labor market. I've helped a few Coli brehs land gigs and start careers. I was going to start a company consulting businesses on how to effectively recruit and retain Millennial job seekers and Millennials on how to effectively engage employers but my current gig is way more interesting/exciting.

There are jobs out there but it depends on the area you live in too. Usually warehousing (though that is dying out with online shopping becoming popular) housekeeping and restaurant work is always available. Might not be the greatest position but its a job and like my mom says it beats a blank. Or you can take a truck driving class and find a job pretty quickly. But I definitely no how hard it is out here as far as finding a decent job.
