The att sitedo u know a website or the locations of this company?
Why are they always quitting? Do the jobs there suck that much?
AT&T was divided into two groups: Union employees vs Management employees.
However when AT&T U-verse division was created they were NOT part of the previous labor agreement which made them NON-union and NON-management.
With that said AT&T would hire people for cheap (between $10-$15/hr) and work them however they please since they were not covered/protected by the union or mgmg labor agreements. They would take advantage of these employees in the process (things like work 6 days and still not reach 40 hours). There was a lot of other inappropriate stuff too.
I was in school when the y gave me the job and I hated it. I stayed 2 months and got a job with Hughes Network Systems as an engineering intern and left.
