Nobody knows who Eartha's father is but Eartha's mother.

The daughter says that in 1998, the state refused to divulge Eartha's father's name and it was blacked out on her birth certificate.
I don't believe that story. I'm not sure I believe Eartha's father was white.
Eartha hinged a lot of her identity on this phantom white father and in her stories about her youth, she acts like she was the only light skinned Black person in existence.
Nor was Eartha as light (or as fine) as she thought she was.
I call bullshyt on some of Eartha's tragic mulatto stories.
Anyway, if Eartha's father was a cac or some light skinned nikka, Kitt's appearance makes total sense.
Every now and again biracial children come out looking more white than Black.
Some families with biracial children have one child who looks more Black and another child that looks more white.
