Yes in the sense that they’re such a tiny country with far less resources to build weapons of war, in comparison to the US. However, they’re not so insane in their technical ability. I agree to your post to an extent but Japan was a very REAL and powerful force in the CC WW2 era. That “tiny” country took on the likes of china and Korea
