EA still make the game, the Fifa license is gone, EA Sports FC will still include fully licensed leagues, teams, and players, just like the FIFA series did
Nothing really, national teams are likely gone but who gives a damn about those teams any way
Exactly how they gonna ask for $1 bill, they will find out very quickly that fans won't miss the world cup or any international teams. EA should just make the creation mode more expansive so people can create national teams and tournaments

same shyt happened to the NHL series, and madden. The focus is to pump out "new" cards for Ultimate team, there's no reason why a player should have 20+ variants other than moneymaking

FIFA is not a league. It is a governing body.
The Premiership is a league, as is Ligue 1, La Liga, Serie A and Bundesliga.
PES has that just not a big catalogue in terms of licensing.
