First off, they haven't shown gameplay for TLOU Part 2 yet. That by itself will turn heads. Finally show off the game in action.
If FFVII:R has some stuff to show, E3 would be when it can be shown.
Ghost of Tsushima, Dreams and maybe something for Spider-Man again. The rest can be VR, some third party stuff and maybe teasers for unknown things coming in the future.
