You rockbrain, this is why you don't reference stats without the proper context. His FG% is 35% because 75% of his total shots were from behind the arc. Of course a player is going to have a low FG% (under league average) if the majority of their shots are 3-pters. JR averaged 8 points on 8 shots, and Wade averaged 18 points on 16 shots, not exactly a great difference now is it? I'm sure if you gave JR 16 shots a game he'd average around 16-17 ppg.

All this means is he's not as good of a shooter as he or you think. Floor spacing doesn't matter if your shoot 34% from 3 and that's all you do.

JR is the better option to start because he provides shooting, and spaces the floor, and can still play defense here and there, which is what the Cavs need more than what Wade offers. Especially since Wade and Rose are more or less the same player.

Those teams were built through the draft. Look at some of the best teams and they drafted/ picked up well. This "Prime Lebron going to wade and bosh" or "Prime KD going to Steph and Klay" is what pisses people off. Me personally I don't care, but I could understand it. Noticed nobody complained about the warriors at first because that team drafted well and built with a few trades. It wasn't until KD got there that it became an issue. This era of superstars in their primes popping up on the same team is something the league never seen before. It's like Michael to the pistons. Magic to the Celtics. Clyde & Malone to LA with Magic and Kareem. Stockton and Malone to the Bulls in the 90s. Wade obviously is past his prime, but these past 2 off season seen Russ/PG/Melo CP3/Harden, KD to Steph/Klay/Dray, Wade back with Bron,IT,KLove. Jimmy B with KAT and Wiggins.
