If Chris Paul had his choice last year he would be a Knick. Your point is what exactly? Dwight to the Lakers is the only logical destination at this point.

Houston is still a possible landing spot and they're willing to blow an entire season just so they can say they had a star player for a season.

I honestly don't get Houston's logic. They'll take on all of Orlando's bad contracts to get Dwight. So they'd essentially be a watered down version of the Magic from last season. :what:

The hold up is the same thing that's holding up Houston's deal.

Orlando is just bullshytting everybody.

It'd be an improvement :manny:

It'd be an improvement for Houston, but not Dwight.

Dwight would play out the season with them then force a sign and trade next off season.

In that situation he's going to demand Brooklyn and Houston will have little to no leverage in that situation.....They'd be lucky to get Marshon Brooks by that point. :heh:

I still think the most likely deal is a three team trade between Houston/LAL/Orlando.

In that trade situation everybody would get what they'd want.

Orlando would get their picks, young talent, and cap space.

Houston would get a star player in Bynum along with a halfway decent supporting cast around him.

Lakers would get Howard and another role player to fill out their bench, and shed a few small bad contracts of their own.
