lets be honest, vin is intimidated by the rock, (he's pretty much the taller, more brolic, more black and bald version of him self ) and wanted to little bro him. rock saw the misdirected energy for what it was and filmed the woat spinoff just to spite him, vin doubled down and here we are

Vin got intimidated by the Rock and his work ethic... PERIOD.
Vin was the alpha for years and a new guy came in and prolly checked him and Tyrese on some fukk shyt that was prolly going on set.

We're talking about Vin fukking Diesel and we're talking about Fast & Furious here, franchise featuring Jordana Brewster's wooden acting, Don Omar, Ja Rule (Noooo Monicaaaaa!)
Or...Dwayne showed up thinking he was "Hollywood" Johnson and Vin checked him because he's a producer. That "we're all equals" shyt is the thing for more. He must have had an issue at some point when Vin pulled rank. Which he has because he's a PRODUCER.
The Rock is straight trash to me. I don't watch wrestling so I don't care where he came from. He's been making mostly Nicholas Cage-level shyt for 15 years and blockbusters that bomb. Same way he keeps weaseling his way into leads he weaseled his way into the F&F franchise and probably thought he was going to assume the lead there too.

Doesn't matter ... The Fast series is the second highest grossing movie franchise of all time... Vin is the lead producer and they just showed again that they don't need The Rock in these movies.. Vin is winning more than people in here want to admit

That may be true but this is pretty much it for vin.
The rock got like 30 more high grossing movies in him. At the end of the day he’s the bigger star which is why him walking onto the set of FNF caused so much problems with the rest of the cast.
the movie sucked though. Worst one in a while.
