@General Mills @portcityplaya What's good with y'all city brehs? Going up there this weekend and need to know whats up and what to look out for. I'm staying around some San Marco area there by the river. I hear its not that bad compared to like north and west of the river but still gotta be on our p's and q's anywhere. I see they got a little tram service that might be convenient but we'll have a car anyways. I also see some Jacksonville Landing place that looks like a nice little chill spot there by the river. Might check that out and this The Bearded Pig restaurant I seen too.

You don’t have to worry about anything in San Marco. Just old white people, hipsters and fluffy dogs.
The Landing is no more. The tram is trash. Live downtown I hear is the poppin “urban” club now. The beach spots and riverside around King St. are the main party areas...and a few spots downtown, though downtown is mostly dead.

I agree it ain’t all that...it’s just that everybody knows about it.
Yeah I had seen that Landing spot on Google maps and thought it was like some shopping and dining experience to check out. Not really seeing much around the area I'm staying in. Not really trying to hit up any clubs or anything cuz I'm not gonna be with those types or much of one either. All I be seeing is some fountain and a science museum. Who knows what else we can find around the area. Just found some Video Game Rescue place that I'm sure my boy will like. He got a bunch of old games and systems and this might be worth checking out to see what they got.

San Marco aunt nothin but old money. Nothing to do within walking distance except for this 1 little strip of some bullshyt stores and a few restaurants. Maple Street biscuit is a good breakfast spot there.
The Bearded Pig is decent BBQ spot. Went when they 1st opened up a couple years ago, it's not bad.

If you're going out head to Riverside/5 Points area. Hoptinger a cool little chill bar I like then right across the street is Birdys which can turn up if the DJ right. It's usually a good crowd on Saturday. Downtown has Live Bar and Myth. Live Bar typical hood ass bar. Myth has an inside and outside. It could go either way with that went this weekend and it was a real young crowd.
And da real ting cafe is an after hours spot.
Beach bars are cool.
But that's going it as far partying. Just be careful where ever you go cause nikkas will get it poppin quick.
The st johns towncenter cool for shopping and some eating.
For a city as big as it is aint really much to do out here forreal.
I'll have to check out that breakfast spot on Saturday then. And I'll be sure to avoid the tram. Beach not that far away either. Hoptinger looks decent too.
The weather looks horrible and this area seems dead. Where are the single women at?
