You guys seem to not understand why those women deal with men like him. It has nothing to do with him being charismatic or even desirable. What it comes down to is control. They know he can't expect much from them, because he is not much himself. So they rather deal with him, than deal with a man who has his act together who will also more than likely hold them to some level of personal accountability.

Many of those women who have children by a guy like him, will eventually wake up and seek the very guys some of you like to joke. I just hope those guys have enough self-respect to leave those sort of women alone. Let them make up the beds they slept in on their own.
